Conflict REVOLUTION® is a revolutionary process to bring peace to your own energy field, called your Domain. Con REV® teaches you a new understanding of yourself using creative, effective, self-reflective tools that guide you to resolve your conflicts at their root. By first resolving conflict within you, you naturally contribute to the resolution of conflicts going on around you, on all levels.
When you learn to make conscious decisions “for the good of the whole”—including yourself—you practice Self Love, which allows you to thrive. As you reduce the conflicts within yourself, you contribute to peace in your relationships, your family, your communities, and the world.
Con REV® is a journey of self-discovery and can be the hardest, yet most rewarding work you will ever do. After a while, though, making these healthier decisions becomes second nature as your life starts to change for the better. As your conflicts resolve, you become inspired to be Intuitively guided to take the baby steps needed to practice Self Love on a daily basis.

World Peace, One Person at a Time, Starting With You
Con REV® is a highly effective process to deal with conflict—any conflict—at its root within us. This isn’t conflict resolution, which focuses on the details of the physical arena where the conflict is playing out. Con REV® uses those details to revolve the focus back inward, where our power lies.
In our classes, participants are asked to bring a conflict of their own to use as details to learn how to apply Con REV® to an actual conflict.
Guided by Compassion, we maneuver through the arena of conflict using our revolutionary Maps of Human Consciousness to find its root within. Then we develop an Action Plan to resolve it first there. This Plan becomes your personalized step-by-step instructions, written by and for you, based on what you learned looking deeply into your own life. This is Self Love.
In our training, we nurture a joyful, nonjudgmental, authentic and well-paced environment. You learn step-by-step instructions for revolving any conflict, including:
• The three dimensions of human consciousness—Emotion, Intuition, and Intellect—and how to train them to work together;
• The importance of your feelings and healthy ways to feel them all;
• Simple ways to differentiate between Intellect and Intuition;
• How to train the Intellect to listen to and act on Intuition;
• How to align the entire system to Compassion;
• Inspiration to work the process on a daily basis.

“Oh boy! When I first started the Conflict REVOLUTION® Distance Learning course, I didn’t think I could do it. I needed to keep an open and honest journal which I had to share with Barbara. The first benefit I felt was just getting all of my issues out of myself and into the journal.
